Yes.

Any way, this is a depiction of a scene from the fan fic Fallout: Equestria-Project Horizons.
Main protagonist BlackJack squares off against the foul mouthed, monsterous cyborg of a pony that is Deus. Very intense fight it was. :D

Designing Deus was a challenge, and I'm still not completely satisfied with what I've made of him, but it seems well enough.

Fully reccomend checking out FO:E and FO:E-PH to anyone, pony fan or not. :D

Hm im confused now. Its submitted at nov 2011, but PH are uploaded on Fimfiction from sept 2015.
I have not clue when PH are written and cant find any hints
I know only original KKat's Fallout Equestria are written at 2011
